Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or difficult-to-reach areas.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Standard Shipping across India on all eligible orders. No minimum purchase is required unless stated otherwise.

For international orders, shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges may vary depending on the destination country.

International shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Any customs duty, import tax, or additional charge applicable in the destination country will be the customer’s responsibility.

International Shipping

We accept international order inquiries and ship to selected international markets, subject to service availability.

For orders shipped outside India, returns, replacements, and exchanges are not available. International orders are considered final sale once shipped.

Customers are requested to carefully check product details, fabric, colour, size, shipping address, and order information before placing an international order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS, where applicable, to track your shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, natural disasters, festivals, customs clearance, address issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. NAINARA / BAD CLOTHING is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping charges may be applicable.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take clear photos and record a proper unboxing video before opening the parcel.

For any damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
