We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, incorrect product information, suspected fraud, delivery service limitations, or any other valid reason.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

We offer shipping across India.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, address issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may vary depending on the destination country. Any customs duty, import tax, or additional charge applicable in the destination country will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns and replacements are available only for eligible orders delivered within India, subject to approval and inspection.

For orders shipped outside India, returns, replacements, and exchanges are not available. International orders are considered final sale once shipped.
